Jenna is a VW Certified Service Advisor and has a Bachelor of Arts in Media Production from Emerson College. She started at Gallery as a valet and worked her way to Service Express Manager. Jenna also loves Volkswagens.
Jay have held positions or performed the duties of almost every aspect of fixed operations and have over 32 years of experience. Jay also is a VW Master Certified Service Manager.
Nick is a VW Certified Technician and also a VW Certified Hybrid Technician. Nick enjoys hockey and drag racing. He is always looking for the next project car.
Larry loves working in Volkswagen vehicles.
John is a VW Certified Master Technician and ASE Certified.
Patrick is a VW Certified Master Technician.
Anaa has warranty certification for both Volkswagen and Mazda. Anna enjoys the arts, theater, and music.

Bob has been in the business for more than 45 years. Bob owned his own business before coming to work at Gallery in 2001. Bob enjoys spending time with his grand children.
